Shipping policy
PROCESSING
At Memory Glow Candles, most orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Please allow for a bit of extra time during peak seasons, major sales, or holidays.
Once your order is placed, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll always try our best. If you need help, email us at julie@memoryglowcandles.com with as many details as possible, and we’ll do what we can.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders $149 and up within the contiguous U.S.
Once your order is scanned in by the shipping carrier, transit times will vary depending on the method selected and your location.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your label is created. Please note that tracking updates can take 48–72 hours to begin showing movement.
Once a package leaves our hands, final delivery is out of our control. At this time, we are unable to replace orders marked as delivered that are missing or stolen.
SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Shipping times can vary depending on carrier volume, holidays, and your location. While we work hard to ship quickly, we can't guarantee delivery dates once the order is with the carrier.
Please also keep in mind that delivery estimates are based on business days.
For example, an order placed on Thursday or Friday using UPS 2-Day may not arrive until Monday or Tuesday, as weekend delivery is not included.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not currently offering international shipping outside of the U.S. If this changes, we’ll update this section with eligible destinations and shipping options. Shipping rates (when available) will be based on weight and destination.
