Refund policy

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Memory Glow Candles. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To get started, please email us at julie@memoryglowcandles.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at julie@memoryglowcandles.com.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, email us at julie@memoryglowcandles.com within 48 hours. Be sure to include:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A description of the damage or error

  • Your order number

Please do not use the item before reporting the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Products must be unused, have not been lit, and in original condition.


EXCEPTIONS

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Previously lit candles, warmed or melted snaps, melts, or wickless candles

  • Sale items, clearance, and discontinued collections

  • Gift cards

If you're unsure about a scent, we recommend purchasing a sample size first before committing to a larger bottle.


HEAT SENSITIVITY NOTICE

Candles, wax melts, and similar items may soften or melt during hot weather. Memory Glow Candles is not responsible for products that melt due to heat exposure during transit or after delivery.

To avoid this, we strongly recommend shipping your order to a temperature-controlled location (such as a home or business) where someone can receive it promptly.


FINAL NOTES

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All limited edition collections, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
